Systemisches Coaching für Einzelpersonen und Teams
Veränderungs- und Entwicklungsprozesse von Menschen faszinieren und begeistern mich. Ich glaube fest an das Wachstumspotential und das Streben nach Lebendigkeit in uns allen und bin dankbar, als Coach und Begleiterin manchmal einen auch nur kleinen Beitrag dazu leisten zu dürfen.
Als zertifizierter Systemischer Coach (DGSF) und Supervisorin biete ich systemisches Coaching für Einzelpersonen und unterstütze in persönlichen und beruflichen Entwicklungs- und Entscheidungsprozessen sowie in Konfliktsituationen. Dazu gehören Fragen zur Berufs- und Karrierewahl, Konflikte mit Kolleg:innen, Vorgesetzten und Mitarbeitenden.
Ich begleite meine Klient:innen dabei, tiefergehende und neue Perspektiven auf ihr eigenes Potenzial und ihre Handlungsmöglichkeiten zu entdecken, um gute und tragbare Entscheidungen für Veränderungen treffen zu können. Begleitende emotionale Empfindungen bieten bei dieser Lösungssuche eine wichtige Orientierung. Ich arbeite intuitiv und flexibel mit einer Vielzahl an systemisch geprägten Techniken und Methoden und integriere auf Wunsch auch die körperliche Ebene. Was im Prozess zur Anwendung kommt und als hilfreich erlebt wird, entscheiden allein meine Klient:innen.
Teambuilding
Ergänzend zum Coaching für Einzelpersonen, biete ich auch Unterstützung in der Teamentwicklung. Diese konzentriert sich auf die Verbesserung der Kommunikation, Zusammenarbeit und Vertrauen im Team. Ich moderiere Teambuilding Sessions, um das gegenseitige Verständnis, die Wertschätzung von Stärken und Schwächen und die Ausrichtung auf ein gemeinsames Zieles zu fördern. Ebenso biete ich Unterstützung bei der Konfliktbewältigung, um Teams dabei zu helfen, ihr volles Potenzial zu erreichen. Ich arbeite sowohl vor Ort als auch in webbasierten Workshops mit Whiteboard-Tools wie z.B. Mural.
Change Management, Transformationsprozesse und Organisationsberatung für Unternehmen
Als Beraterin für Change Management und Organisationsentwicklung mit fast 20 Jahren Projektpraxis begleite ich als Senior Consultant für die netmedianer GmbH Veränderungs- und Transformationsvorhaben in Unternehmen, insbesondere im Kontext der Digitalisierung der Arbeitswelt und den damit einhergehenden Veränderungen im Bereich Kommunikation, Zusammenarbeit und Führung. Mein Beratungsansatz basiert unter anderem auf systemischem Coaching, OE-Expertise, Design Thinking und der Prosci® Change Management Methodik. Mich leitet dabei die Frage, wie man Veränderungen in Organisationen so umsetzt, dass sie lösungsorientiert, konstruktiv und menschenfreundlich erlebt werden, während gleichzeitig die Ziele der Veränderung erreicht werden.

Change and development processes of people fascinate and inspire me. I firmly believe in the potential for growth and the desire for vitality in all of us, and I am grateful to be able to contribute to this, even in small ways.
As a certified Systemic Coach (DGSF) and Supervisor, I support individuals in personal and professional development and decision-making processes as well as in conflict situations. This includes professional and career choices, conflicts with colleagues, supervisors and co-workers.
I accompany my clients in discovering different, deeper and new perspectives on their own potential and their possibilities for action in order to be able to make good and sustainable decisions for change. Accompanying emotional sensations offer an important orientation in this search for solutions. I work intuitively and flexibly with a variety of systemic techniques and methods and integrate the body dimension if desired. What is applied in the process and is experienced as helpful is decided solely by my clients.
Teambuilding
Another service I offer is facilitation of team building sessions, where I facilitate methods and exsercises to build mutual understanding, recognition of strengths and weaknesses, and trust to foster unity toward a common goal. I also provide assistance in resolving conflicts so that teams can reach their maximum potential. I do this by conducting workshops on-site or via web-based platforms using whiteboard tools such as Mural.

As a consultant for change management and organizational development with almost 20 years of project experience, I accompany transformation projects in companies as a senior consultant for netmedianer GmbH, especially in the context of the digitalization of the workplace and the associated changes in the areas of communication, collaboration and leadership.
This includes changes in areas such as communication, collaboration, and leadership. My consulting approach is rooted in systemic coaching and OE expertise, design thinking, and the Prosci® change management methodology. My ultimate goal is to guide organizations in implementing change in a solution-oriented, constructive, and people-friendly manner, all while achieving the desired goals of the change.
